Volunteering
You do not need to be able to do everything. Choose an area where you can serve reliably, at a pace suited to your availability.
Where you can help
Some roles take place at the centre, others in the community, in an office or online. Involvement may be regular, occasional or limited to a specific project.

Who we are looking for
We are looking for reliable, respectful people who are willing to work as part of a team and accept only responsibilities they can fulfil.
Experience is welcome, but for many roles the willingness to learn matters most. Before beginning, we agree together on the area, schedule, responsibilities and guidance needed.
Care and responsibility
Roles involving direct contact with children, older people or people in vulnerable situations are entrusted only after an introductory conversation, checks suited to the role and guidance on conduct and safeguarding.
Volunteers work within the association's agreed framework and do not visit or transport beneficiaries on the association's behalf without the coordinator's approval.
First step
One hour, one day of activity or regular involvement can become real help when offered responsibly.
